Crystal Clear Aquariums Return Policy

At Crystal Clear Aquariums we strive to provide the highest quality, reliable aquarium and pond products from reputable manufacturers and distributors. However, we understand that there are sometimes manufacturing defects in even the best products – and sometimes an aquarium owner chooses the wrong product from the shelf. When that happens, we have a fair and equitable return policy for most aquarium or pond products you may purchase from us. Read below:

15 – Day Product Return Period

Crystal Clear Aquariums will accept returns or exchanges 15 days from the original purchase date. The merchandise must be unused and in its original package and condition. If a product has been used, a store credit will be issued for the product price, less a 15% restocking fee. Your original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges, no exceptions.

Electronics and Special Orders

Special orders and ALL electronic products can not be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Aquarium and Cabinet Return Policy

Aquariums and cabinets can be returned 7 days from the original date if they have not been used, the original receipt must be provided and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Aquariums and cabinets that have been used can not be returned.

Missing Item or Damaged Product

Products that are missing parts, not in original box or damaged are non returnable.

Used Equipment Policy

No refunds are issued on items sold that were previously used.

7 – Day Fresh and Saltwater Fish Replacement Policy

Freshwater and saltwater fish guaranteed for 7 days from the purchase date. The original receipt, the animal and a separate sample of water from the aquarium are required with all animal returns. If the water tests poorly, this voids the replacement policy and no return will be issued.

Fish Compatibility

Crystal Clear Aquariums does not guarantee fish compatibility of fresh or saltwater fish. Due to the unpredictable nature of aquarium fish we can only give our customers recommendations. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the compatibility of new fish and the environment they are placed in.

Pricing Error Policy

If the price on the product or shelf does not match the scanned price in the register, the price of the product will be determined by employee.
